Our goal will always be to get your order to you as quickly as possible, in perfect condition at a minimal cost. Most orders will be shipped within 3 days of receiving your order.
Some of our trees come to you from our nursery and can take a little more time to reach you.
- We recommend delivery to your nearest ekont office.
- Home delivery is available for extra. Please make sure there is someone to receive the goods when they are delivered.
- Please check that the delivery is in good condition before signing. All items shipped allow customers to open and inspect their delivery before paying.
- Fragile items carry a small additional fee to cover extra packaging. We want to ensure your purchases arrive in perfect condition.
- We usually do not package or ship any orders on weekends or public holidays.
